Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Niam in the acquisition of 26-storey office skyscraper, the fifth tower to be constructed by SRV in Kalasatama district in Helsinki on top of the shopping centre REDI. The building will be the tallest office building in Finland upon its completion in spring 2025.
