Thomas’s practice focuses on corporate transactions ranging from private mergers and acquisitions to public M&A and capital markets. He has experience in cross-border work and domestic work, advising both Finnish and international private equity sponsors and industrial clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side auction processes, co-investments, and add-ons, as well as IPOs and public takeovers.
