Robert advises clients on various forms of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities markets matters, along with corporate, commercial, and contract law.

He regularly advises both listed and non-listed companies on a wide range of private and public company transactions. He has considerable experience from various national and cross-border corporate transactions and has also advised issuers and underwriters globally on equity and debt securities market matters. He also focuses on corporate, governance, and securities market advisory. Robert has previously served as secretary of the board of a Finnish company listed on the main market of Nasdaq Helsinki for several years.
