We advise clients on all matters of real estate, including transactions, property development, and day-to-day legal asset management, with an understanding of the underlying business logic. Our service offering also includes structuring, fund formation, joint ventures, and financing. Our clients consist of international and local investors, funds, and developers. We have particularly advised international private equity clients with some of whom we have decades-long relationships. We are a leading adviser for data centre developers and operators in Finland.
We approach every issue as an opportunity with a “get it done” attitude. We understand the dynamics of real estate transactions where complex cross-border arrangements require a certain type of team and mindset, whereas straight-forward transactions between local players a different one.
