Julius advises domestic and international clients on public M&A and capital markets transactions. He also provides advice on capital markets, corporate, commercial, and contract law. He has experience from various forms of public M&A and capital markets transactions, including public takeovers, secondary share issues, and large-scale and complex strategic corporate transactions involving listed companies. Some of the transactions he has worked on are among the largest in the Finnish market.

Julius has a business-oriented mindset backed by his strong commercial and financial background, which enables him to understand clients’ legal issues from the business perspective and seek solutions that add value to clients.
