Krister advises clients in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects.

Krister advises domestic and international clients on all real estate matters with a particular focus on legal asset management. He also provides advice on questions related to for example company law, contract law, property law, and construction law.

Hannes Snellman acted for funds advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in a formation of a joint venture that invests in residential properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The new venture has been launched with an initial acquisition of around 360 units across seven high-quality residential properties located in fast-growing areas within Helsinki, Espoo, and Vantaa, including four previously owned by Mandatum. The joint venture is looking to grow through more acquisitions going forward.
