Sanna heads our firm’s Employment Practice. She is an experienced employment law practitioner with core expertise in planning and implementing complex redundancy procedures and reorganisations as well as change negotiations. She provides employment law advice in all types of M&A transactions and has led many global restructuring and reorganisation projects successfully. She also advises employers in internal investigations and supports them in handling workplace-related non-compliance and whistleblowing matters.

She regularly advises clients in employment and executive-level agreements, incentive and retention arrangements, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, outsourcings, and terminations of employment. She is also experienced in questions concerning different employee participation arrangements, as well as employee involvement in European Companies.
