Energy Fuels is a leading critical mineral company listed on the NYSE, focusing on the production of uranium, rare earth oxides, and medical isotopes.

The transaction comprises Energy Fuels’ acquisition of VAC for a total cash-and-stock consideration of approximately USD 1.9 billion. VAC is an advanced magnetics manufacturing company that specialises in permanent magnet solutions serving sectors such as the automotive, aerospace, defence, data centers, robotics, and semiconductors.

The transaction is expected to close in early 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
