Joel Ettanen

Joel advises both domestic and international clients across the full spectrum of intellectual property matters, including assignments involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, and design rights. He has experience in IP-related dispute resolution and litigation. In addition, Joel provides advise on matters relating to marketing law and a wide range of commercial agreements. He has also gained experience in technology law and advises, among other areas, on compliance matters as well as data protection and privacy related assignments.
