Niko advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of EU and Finnish competition law, including merger control procedures, antitrust investigations, compliance issues, and proceedings before the competition authorities and courts.

He also provides advice on a range of regulatory issues, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).
