Roosa Raikko

Roosa advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property and technology, with a particular focus on commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and other complex ICT transactions. She also provides advice on questions related to data, privacy, and artificial intelligence and has experience in various GDPR compliance projects. In addition, Roosa has gained experience in multiple M&A projects, particularly focusing on data protection, ICT, and intellectual property law aspects.

Roosa holds an international certification in privacy and data protection (CIPP/E) awarded by IAPP.
