Hannes Snellman advised CapMan Nordic Real Estate III fund in the sale of an airside logistics and last mile asset located at Turku Airport, Finland. The buyer is a Swedish publicly listed company Logistea.
The property is unique due to its location at Turku Airport adjacent to the airport’s runway, serving both air and ground freight and forming a significant node in the Finnish and Nordic logistics network. The main tenants are FedEx and DHL Express.

Hannes Snellman, as Finnish counsel alongside Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, advised I Squared Capital Advisors (US) LLC in the acquisition of Ramudden Global from funds advised by Triton Partners. Ramudden Global is a leading international provider of traffic management and infrastructure safety services supporting the maintenance and upgrade of essential transport and utility networks. The company operates more than 190 depots across 13 countries in Europe and North America delivering mission-critical services that help to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and continuity of service across road, utility and broader infrastructure works. The joint group turnover as of January 2026 is more than EUR 1billion (USD $1.2 billion).

Hannes Snellman advised Trinax Group, a Swedish software provider to the Nordic construction market, backed by Helix Kapital, in the acquisition of Scudo Solutions Oy. Scudo Solutions Oy is a Finnish technology company specialising in project cost management software and services.

Hannes Snellman acted as Finnish Counsel to Charles River Laboratories, Inc. in the divestment of certain European Discovery Services assets to IQVIA Holdings Inc. for approximately USD 145 million, with potential additional consideration of up to USD 10 million. The transaction comprises five sites across the UK, Germany, Finland, and the Netherlands, covering in vitro drug discovery services, including medicinal chemistry and structural biology, as well as pharmacology services in oncology, neuroscience, immunology, and advanced cell biology.

Hannes Snellman advised Veritas Pension Insurance Company in the sale of a residential portfolio to a private equity fund managed by Slättö. The portfolio comprises five residential properties with strong occupancy rates in prime locations across the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
The transaction is part of Veritas’s preparation for the upcoming pension reform and supports active portfolio management.
