Hannes Snellman Advised Leppäkoski Group in the Structured Sales Process of Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy to Loimua

Leppäkosken Lämpö Oy operates district heating and natural gas distribution businesses, supplying district heating in Nokia, Hämeenkyrö, Ikaalinen, Parkano, Ylöjärvi and Ulvila, with district heating sales of approximately 250 gigawatt hours in 2025. Loimua, which is owned by Abrdn plc, CVC DIF and LPPI Infrastructure Investments LP, will expand its operations through the transaction, increasing its number of district heating end users to over 100,000.

The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals, and the parties expect the transaction to be completed by the end of 2026.
