Hannes Snellman Advised Rabbalshede Kraft on the Construction of Two Solar Farms

Two workers in safety gear and orange vests walk between rows of solar panels on a rooftop, inspecting the installation under bright sunlight.

Hannes Snellman advised Swedish renewables developer Rabbalshede Kraft on the construction of two solar farms in Finland. The Lamminneva project in Lappajärvi in South Ostrobothnia has a capacity of 36.7 MWp, and the Isoneva project is located in Suonenjoki in North Savo and has a capacity of 71.5-MWp.

The two solar farms are expected to generate a combined 98 GWh of electricity annually, enough to supply about 9,800 Finnish households. Construction works have started and operations are set to begin in spring 2027. Our team advised on the negotiation of construction and long-term services contracts.

Hannes Snellman’s team included Maria Landtman and Linda Härkönen.
