Hannes Snellman advised Usva Energia Oy in the sale of a 100 MW / 400 MWh ready-to-build energy storage facility project located in Pyhäjoki to Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. Once operational, the facility is planned to connect to Elenia's 110 kV distribution grid, providing flexibility and balancing capacity to the power system while supporting the integration of renewable energy.

Hannes Snellman advised Mirova in its market entry in Finland entailing an investment in a ready-to-build 45MW/90MWh battery energy storage system (BESS) project. Along with the Finnish market, Mirova entered the Swedish market through an investment into a 100MW/200MWh BESS project.

Ingrid Capacity will develop, operate and optimise the projects, as well as provide technical and commercial asset management, EPC management and optimisation services.
