Hannes Snellman Counsel to Exilion Tuuli in the Acquisition of the Wind Power Production and Development Business of St1

Exilion Tuuli has completed a transaction whereby Exilion Tuuli acquired the wind power production and development business of St1. Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Exilion Tuuli. The transaction comprises a portfolio of 315 MW wind power assets in production, development assets of 475 MW, and an energy (battery) storage.
