Paavo advises clients in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects.

Paavo specialises in commercial real estate transactions and development projects, with a focus on real estate, property, contract, and corporate law, as well as the overall management and coordination of transaction processes. In addition to his law firm experience, Paavo has served as an in-house legal counsel for one of Finland’s largest real estate investors, giving him a unique perspective and enabling him to provide practical, business-oriented solutions. He also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters and supports day-to-day legal asset management.
