Hannes Snellman Advised Talenom Plc in the Separation of Its Easor Software Business

Hannes Snellman is advising Talenom Plc in the separation of its Easor software business into an independent publicly listed company by way of a partial demerger. The current Talenom would retain its accounting business area in the transaction. The demerger is expected to position both Easor and Talenom for faster growth and development and to enhance the business performance of Easor and Talenom through organisational clarity and independent, focused decision-making bodies. Upon completion of the demerger, which is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2026, the shares in the new Easor software company are expected to be listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki or on a multilateral trading facility.

Hannes Snellman’s core advisory team comprised Thomas Landell, Linnea Lehtonen, Annemari Rosi, Aki Salmela, Claes Backström, Johan Kontio, Julius Lempiäinen, Lotta Vänskä, Anni Nohteri, and Melisa Göllü (M&A), Jasmin Metwally (IP & Technology), Annika Sillanpää (Employment), and Isabella Aro (Tax).
