Hannes Snellman Advised Becton, Dickinson and Company in the Global Spin-Off of Their Biosciences & Diagnostics Solutions Business

Hannes Snellman acted as Finnish counsel to Becton, Dickinson and Company, one of the largest global medical technology companies, in the global spin-off of their Biosciences & Diagnostics Solutions Business. Immediately following the spin-off, the newly formed entity was combined with Waters Corporation to create a global life sciences and diagnostics leader dedicated to accelerating the benefits of pioneering science through analytical technologies, informatics, and service. Deal value is approximately US$18.8 billion.
