Hannes Snellman Advises Oriola in the Development of a New Distribution Centre

Hannes Snellman is advising Oriola Corporation in the development of a highly automated, state-of-the-art distribution centre located in Järvenpää, Finland, in total valued at EUR 110-120 million. Construction of this facility is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with the relocation of operations from Espoo to Järvenpää anticipated to start by the end of 2027.
