Hannes Snellman Advised OX2 in the Construction, Development, PPA, and Finnish Law Aspects of the Project Financing of Three Onshore Wind Farms With a Total Capacity of 277 MW

The Kannisto wind farm in Halsua will be completed in 2028 and has a total capacity of 124 MW. The Korkeamaa wind farm in Soini will be completed in 2027 and has a total capacity of 108 MW. The Salo-Ylikoski wind farm in Kauhava will be completed in 2027 and has a total capacity of 45 MW. The projects have long-term PPAs, and OX2 has also secured a long-term debt financing package with KfW IPEX-Bank, NatWest, Nordea Bank Abp, and SEB. The wind farms will remain under OX2’s ownership once constructed.
