Hannes Snellman Advised Sampo plc in the Listing of NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) on Nasdaq Stockholm

Hannes Snellman acted as Finnish counsel to Sampo plc, a selling shareholder, in the sale of its shares in NOBA Bank Group AB (publ) (“NOBA Bank”) in connection with the listing of NOBA Bank’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. NOBA Bank is one of Europe’s leading specialist banks. The offering values NOBA Bank at SEK 35 billion and is the largest IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm so far in 2025.
