Ville-Pekka Jokela

Ville-Pekka advises clients on a broad range of topics in the field of taxation. He has experience in relocation and cross-border taxation of individuals, different reward schemes, family investment companies, and employer obligations and employment-related social security contributions. Furthermore, Ville-Pekka is familiar with tax litigations and advises clients on tax pre-rulings, correction claims, complaints to boards of corrections and administrative courts, and tax inspections, among other things.

Aleksi Maunumäki

Aleksi advises domestic and international clients on industrial and energy projects throughout all stages, from planning and construction to operation and closure. His work involves projects spanning various industries, including renewable energy, bio-based products, chemicals, mining, Power-to-X, and Waste-to-X facilities.

Aleksi has extensive experience in advising clients on environmental permitting, land-use planning, environmental liabilities, and other issues related to environmental law. In addition, he provides advice on administrative court appeals and transactions. Aleksi also specialises in chemical and waste law, with substantial expertise in end-of-waste and product safety related assignments. He is also active in Hannes Snellman’s ESG Group.

Linda Härkönen

Linda advises clients in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects.

Linda specialises in energy and infrastructure projects with a special focus on projects related to green transition. Linda has gained extensive experience especially in the project development and transactional aspects of onshore and offshore wind projects, battery energy storage systems projects, and solar photovoltaic projects. She provides advice on questions related to key agreements as well as questions regarding energy projects otherwise.

Jatro Pihlavamäki

Jatro Pihlavamäki advises domestic and international clients on all types of transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, group restructurings, and venture investments. In addition, he provides advice on general corporate, commercial, and contract law. He has also gained experience in financial regulation especially related to payment services.
