Ida advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of EU and Finnish competition law, including merger control procedures, compliance issues, investigations, and proceedings before the competition authorities and courts. She also provides advice in a range of regulatory issues, including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Screening Regulation and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).

Hanna provides advice on financial services regulation. She advises both domestic and foreign banks, investment firms, fund managers, and other financial markets participants on a wide range of issues within the financial services sector.

Hanna also provides advice on questions related to different types of financing arrangements and general corporate, contract, and commercial law. She is also active in Hannes Snellman’s ESG Group.

Jussi is an experienced attorney assisting clients on a full range of employment law matters and related dispute resolution. Jussi has particular experience in managing employment disputes, and representing clients in related legal proceedings, drawing on his experience within the Finnish court system. In addition to dispute resolution work, he provides strategic advice on general employment law and a wide variety of assignments, including transactional aspects of employment law, redundancy procedures and reorganisations, employment and executive-level agreements, incentive and retention arrangements, and internal investigations and terminations of employment. He also has specific expertise in issues related to non-competition undertakings and other restrictive covenants and their enforcement.

Anni advises domestic and international clients on corporate transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, mergers, and demergers. She also provides advice on questions related to corporate, commercial, and contract law.

Emilia advises domestic and international clients on various commercial disputes and regulatory matters. She assists in advocating cases before arbitral tribunals, state courts, authorities, and in mediation proceedings. Emilia also provides advice on questions related to insolvency law.

Hannariikka works as legal assistant in our Finance Team. Hannariikka supports the team in client work and in administrative work, such as invoicing.

Ruusa advises domestic and international clients on all types of financial arrangements, with a particular focus on bank lending and real estate and acquisition financing. She also provides advice on questions related to general corporate, contract, and commercial law.

Jouko advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, venture debt financing, project finance, and restructuring and refinancing. Jouko also provides advice in relation to general corporate, contract, and commercial law.
