Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Vitec Software Group AB (publ) in its acquisition of all shares in the Finnish software company Codea Oy. Codea is the market leader in Finland within its vertical in developing and delivering mission critical online field management software for emergency vehicles.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the relevant authorities, where necessary.
