Hannes Snellman Advised in Algorithmiq’s Financing Round

Algorithmiq is a quantum software company focused on the development and industrialization of algorithmic tools that can transform the practical application of quantum computers.

Algorithmiq’s financing round was led by United Ventures and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP), with continued participation from Inventure VC. Hannes Snellman assisted, among other things, in legal and tax due diligence and in transferring Algorithmiq’s headquarters from the US to Italy. The redomiciliation was one of the first tax neutral share swaps with a non-EEA country, permitted by Finnish legislation only as of 2026.
