Hannes Snellman acted as local counsel for Aneo AS in the recommended cash-based public offer to the shareholders of Arise AB which is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Arise is one of the leading independent companies in renewable energy in the Nordics. The total value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 1.8 billion.
