Karoliina works as a legal assistant in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects. Her primary focus is on energy and infrastructure.

Karoliina supports the team in client work, such as matter intake and client due diligence processes, communication with clients and other parties, legal document management and proofreading, and project coordination. In addition, her responsibilities include administrative work such as travel and meeting arrangements, calendar management, and invoicing.

Tommi advises domestic and international clients on M&A, capital markets, and corporate law related matters. He has experience from general M&A and complex equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, public tender offers, and share offerings. During his career, Tommi has worked on many of the largest ECM transactions in Finland. In addition, he is experienced in corporate and securities law advisory.

Laura works as a legal assistant in our Dispute Resolution Team supporting attorneys with assignment work, e.g. drafting and reviewing documents, proofreading submissions, and managing exhibits. She assists with a variety of assignments within the dispute resolution field, with a particular focus on international arbitrations. In addition to assisting with assignment work, Laura handles a wide range of administrative duties, including invoicing, calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication with clients and stakeholders in both Finnish and English.

Robert advises clients on various forms of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and securities markets matters, along with corporate, commercial, and contract law.
He regularly advises both listed and non-listed companies on a wide range of private and public company transactions and has experience from public takeovers and various cross-border matters. He also focuses on corporate, governance, and securities market advisory.

Isabella advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international tax matters. Her practice focuses on transactional tax advisory and tax litigation proceedings. She frequently assists clients in tax structuring, including related advance proceedings and other implementation assistance. She has experience in transactions and corporate reorganisations involving complex cross-border tax elements.

In addition, Isabella supports clients in ESG and other compliance-related assignments in the field of taxation. She assists clients in regulatory investigations and provides advice for identifying responsible tax principles, tax incentives, and tax risks relating to clients’ business operations.

Lotta works as part of Hannes Snellman’s Translation and Communications Teams. Her expertise covers issues relating to languages, translation, and communication.

Marjaana specialises in complex projects particularly within the energy, infrastructure, and commodities sectors, advising a wide range of actors in relation to e.g. the construction and operation of power plants and industrial facilities, the procurement of large industrial equipment and machinery, as well as the supply and offtake of commodities including corporate PPAs. Marjaana also has wide experience in advising clients in the fields of energy and real estate transactions, financing, and project development.

Annemari advises domestic and international clients in capital markets and public M&A transactions. She has advised clients in a number of equity and debt capital transactions, including IPOs, secondary share issues and bond issues, and in other transactions involving listed companies. Moreover, she advises on questions regarding general corporate law, corporate governance, and securities markets regulation.

Olli represents clients in commercial disputes in arbitration, mediation, and litigation proceedings. Olli is also regularly involved with various enforcement measures, having particular experience with preliminary injunctions before state courts. In addition, Olli represents clients in regulatory investigations by supervisory authorities and advises clients on insolvency law.

Olli’s experience spans various industries and legal fields, with an emphasis on construction and project delivery disputes, the banking and real estate sectors, and M&A.

Salla works as a senior legal assistant in our M&A Group, specifically in the Public M&A Team. Salla supports the team in demanding client work and in administrative tasks, such as matter intake processes, project coordination, document management, invoicing, meeting and travel arrangements, and internal matters.
