He also provides advice on public takeovers, representing bidders, target boards, and large shareholders in takeover situations. In addition, he provides advice on mergers and demergers of publicly listed companies. Moreover, he advises clients on questions regarding disclosure issues, corporate governance, company law, and securities regulation.
