Noora advises clients on matters relating to fund formation, fund restructuring, co-investment, and fund investment. In addition, Noora advises clients on private equity-related mergers and acquisitions and on general corporate, commercial, and contract law.

Anette works as a legal assistant in our IP & Tech Team, providing support for attorneys with assignment work, such as reviewing documents, managing case files, and preparing submissions. She assists with a variety of assignments within the intellectual property and technology fields. In addition to assisting with assignment work, Anette handles a wide range of administrative duties, including invoicing, calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication with clients in both Finnish and English.

Mikael advises clients in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects.

Mikael advises clients in the fields of real estate transactions and development projects. In addition, Mikael provides advice on general commercial, corporate, and contract law.

Mikael is currently on a rotation in the Finance team. 

Axel advises domestic and international clients primarily on matters concerning data, privacy, and artificial intelligence in addition to technology and intellectual property law in general. Axel has experience in various GDPR compliance projects, and he has also worked on EU data, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity regulation compliance. Axel has court training experience and he has been involved in both regulatory investigations and disputes related to both data protection and intellectual property rights. Moreover, he has contributed to multiple M&A projects, particularly focusing on data protection, ICT, and intellectual property law aspects.

Elisa advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and bond issuances as well as refinancing and restructuring. She also provides advice on questions related to general corporate, contract, commercial, and property law.

Elisa is currently on a secondment.

Emmi advises clients in our Real Assets Practice, which is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced lawyers whose expertise cuts across energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, environment, and projects.

Emmi specialises in complex industrial projects in all phases of negotiation and execution. She works on projects across industries ranging from clean transition, renewable energy and commodities, green hydrogen, defence, nuclear, and bioproducts to production plants and industrial facilities. Her expertise includes advising on project contracts (such as EPC & EPCM), procurement of industrial equipment and machinery, and standalone commodity supply and offtake agreements, including corporate PPAs. She has also gained experience in transactional aspects of renewable energy projects.

Ilmari advises domestic and international clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and family businesses, in the field of taxation. He regularly advises companies on tax and social security consequences of different incentive schemes. Furthermore, he provides advice on cross-border taxation of assignments and other multi-state working arrangements. Ilmari has experience in assisting clients in tax controversy, including disputes concerning tax residency, tax treatment of investment products, and employer obligations.

Marika advises clients on domestic and international tax matters. She specialises in indirect taxation with a particular focus on VAT. Marika has experience of daily tax management, cross-border operations, and mergers and acquisitions in various lines of business.

Marika also has experience in lecturing on VAT-related topics for businesses, universities, and in-house.

Anna is business-minded, has gained experience from an in-house perspective, and advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including copyright, designs, and trademarks, and a variety of IP-related agreements. In addition, she provides advice on a wide array of commercial agreements. She also has experience on questions relating to marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, sales promotions and green claims, and on various matters relating to social media. Anna has a solid understanding of consumer protection laws and helps clients with drafting terms and conditions, regulatory questions, consumer complaints, and everything in between.

Alexander works as an IT supervisor in the IT Support Team. He is responsible for supporting employees and maintaining and developing the company’s IT infrastructure.
