Anniina works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group, specifically in the Private Equity Team. Anniina supports the team in client work and in administrative tasks, such as matter intake and client due diligence processes, project coordination, document management, meeting arrangements, and invoicing. Anniina’s role is to ensure that the legal team can operate efficiently and effectively, providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Janina works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group.

Janina is currently on a parental leave.

Sofia advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate, commercial, and contract law. She regularly advises clients on various forms of corporate transactions and restructurings focusing on corporate advisory. She also has experience on competition law matters.

Rauli advises clients mainly in the fields of industrial construction, real estate transactions and development projects.

Prior to joining Hannes Snellman, Rauli worked as a legal counsel for an industry association. During his legal studies, Rauli worked for the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the City of Turku. Before pursuing a career in law, Rauli graduated as a master of arts majoring in history and worked for several years as a managing director in a small association.

Johanna advises clients on business disputes, focusing on domestic and international arbitration, commercial litigation before state courts, regulatory investigations, and settlement negotiations. She has experience in high-stakes international arbitration and litigation proceedings and complex regulatory investigations. Her background in international arbitration extends to various substantive laws and institutional rules, such as FAI, SCC, ICC, DIA, and Swiss Arbitration Rules. Moreover, Johanna has a particular interest in ESG litigation and is also active in Hannes Snellman’s ESG Group.

Vivi works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group, specifically in the Private M&A Team. Vivi supports the team in client work and in administrative tasks, such as client engagement, matter intake processes, project coordination, document management, invoicing, meeting arrangements, and internal matters.

Janita works as an HR assistant in our Human Resources Team. In her work, she focuses mainly on student cooperation and trainee recruitment. Janita is also a member of our Communications Team.

Anna advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment law. She has experience especially in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, co-operation within undertakings, reorganisations of clients’ operations, and terminations of employment. Anna assists clients in their day-to-day business and drafting employment related documents such as employment, director, and termination agreements.

Anniina advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property and technology, with a particular focus on major transactions, licensing arrangements, commercial contracts, and intellectual property infringements. She provides comprehensive advice on a wide range of questions related to brand protection, consumer protection, marketing law, and media law. In addition, Anniina has experience in data protection and privacy matters, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.

Anniina is also active in Hannes Snellman’s ESG Group, where she focuses on issues related to intellectual property, marketing, privacy, and technology.

Minna advises clients mainly on various commercial disputes and assists in advocating commercial cases before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Since 2022, she has been a member of Hannes Snellman’s sanctions advisory and export control practice.
