Hannes Snellman advised Finnish Industry Investment Ltd (Tesi), Sandwater and HealthCap in CurifyLabs Oy’s Series A Funding Round. The round was co-led by Sandwater and HealthCap, with participation from Tesi and existing investors, including Lifeline Ventures. US customers and employees also participated in the round. CurifyLabs is a healthtech company building solutions for automated compounding of personalized medicines in pharmacies and hospitals. Proceeds will be used to expand U.S. operations, strengthen supply chain infrastructure, enhance customer support, and accelerate product innovation.

Hannes Snellman advised DevCo Partners on the formation of DevCo Partners V. The fund closed at EUR 300 million hard cap and continues its predecessors’ highly selective single-asset investment strategy. DevCo Partners is a long-term active owner with a vision to build global niche leaders, and with circa €2 billion in assets under management, it is the largest dedicated single-asset fund manager in Europe.

Hannes Snellman advised Leppäkoski Group in the structured sales process of Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy to Porin Energia Oy. Leppäkosken Sähkö Oy operates electricity distribution system supplying electricity to more than 30,000 customers in the Pirkanmaa and Satakunta regions.
The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
