Hannes Snellman Counsel to MEKO in a Sale and Leaseback

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to MEKO AB, a Swedish listed company, in a sale and leaseback of the company’s central warehouse properties in Finland to AB Sagax, a real estate company. The transaction values the properties at EUR 36.5 million on a debt-free basis.

The properties were originally acquired in connection with the acquisition of Koivunen completed in July 2022, as a result of which MEKO became the largest company in the independent vehicle aftermarket in Finland.
