Viivu advises domestic and international clients on matters related to listed company and capital markets regulation and corporate governance in both transactional contexts and ongoing regulatory compliance.

With several years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the asset management, private equity, and insurance sectors, Viivu has developed a deep understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations that shape companies’ decision-making. She has gained experience in equity and debt transactions, insider trading regulations, financial sector compliance, and corporate governance for listed companies. Her hands-on experience within regulated businesses has equipped her with a pragmatic and solutions-driven approach to legal and regulatory challenges.
