Hannes Snellman Counsel to Schaeffler in Its Investment in the Green Impact Company H2 Green Steel

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Schaeffler, a leading global supplier to the automotive and industrial sectors and one of the world’s largest family companies, in its investment in the Swedish green impact company H2 Green Steel.  H2 Green Steel has raised about EUR 1.5 billion in equity from a selected group of investors, the largest private placement in Europe this year. The round will finance the world’s first large-scale green steel plant and Europe’s first giga-scale electrolyser.
