Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank Abp, OP Corporate Bank plc, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ), and Swedbank AB (publ) in relation to SATO’s EUR 250 million senior secured revolving credit facility agreement. SATO is one of Finland’s leading housing providers with some 26,000 apartments and nearly 45,000 residents in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Tampere, and Turku.
