Hannes Snellman is advising Intera Partners in the acquisition of Suvia Group together with Cubera, Elo and Keva as co-investors. Suvia Group is a unique combination of damage inspection and assessment services, collision repair, and spare parts services. The company serves insurance companies, leasing operators, and vehicle users through Finland’s largest collision repair network. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
