Hannes Snellman Counsel to Castellum in the Acquisition of Lindström Invest

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Castellum AB (publ) in its acquisition of real estate group Lindström Invest. The portfolio comprises five office properties with a total lettable area of approximately 36,000 sq. m. The acquisition price is EUR 150 million, including overheads of EUR 7 million, of which EUR 81 million is paid as a share issue in kind and the remaining amount consists of takeover of debt.
