Zoe works as a legal assistant, focusing on assignments related to environmental law. She provides administrative support, which includes tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting research, client correspondence, and invoicing.

Jasse works as a legal assistant in our IP & Tech Team, providing support for attorneys with assignment work, such as reviewing documents, managing case files, and preparing submissions. He assists with a variety of assignments within the intellectual property and technology fields. In addition to assisting with assignment work, Jasse handles a wide range of administrative duties, including invoicing, calendar management, meeting coordination, and communication with clients and stakeholders in both Finnish and English.

Johan advises domestic and international clients on private equity, venture capital, and growth transactions, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, along with general corporate, commercial, and contract law.

Janina works as the head of external relations and business development. In her work, she focuses mainly on developing strategic commercial actions to enhance our customer experience and drive growth.

Laura works as a legal assistant in our Finance Team. Laura supports the team in client work and in administrative work, such as invoicing.

Kristiina advises domestic and international clients mainly on various commercial disputes. She assists clients in arbitration proceedings, state court litigations, and regulatory investigations.

Kadri provides advice on financial services regulation. She advises local and international clients on all aspects of banking, investment, asset management, payment services, insurance, virtual currency, financial technology, derivatives, capital, and financial markets law and regulation.

Viivu advises domestic and international clients on matters related to listed company and capital markets regulation and corporate governance in both transactional contexts and ongoing regulatory compliance.

With several years of experience as an in-house lawyer in the asset management, private equity, and insurance sectors, Viivu has developed a deep understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations that shape companies’ decision-making. She has gained experience in equity and debt transactions, insider trading regulations, financial sector compliance, and corporate governance for listed companies. Her hands-on experience within regulated businesses has equipped her with a pragmatic and solutions-driven approach to legal and regulatory challenges.
