Meet Our Team at the EELA 2026 Annual Conference in Oslo

Hannes Snellman’s employment law experts Partner Sanna Honkinen and Specialist Partner Jussi Herrainsilta will be attending the European Employment Lawyers Association’s Annual Conference in Oslo on 4–6 June 2026.

The EELA Conference brings together experts from the EU Member States and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. This year’s programme covers topics such as pay transparency in practice, mediation in employment disputes, and the role of AI in the workplace — all of which are highly relevant in Finland as well.

Sanna heads our firm’s Employment Practice. She is an experienced employment law practitioner with core expertise in planning and implementing complex redundancy procedures and reorganisations as well as change negotiations. She provides employment law advice in all types of M&A transactions and has led many global restructuring and reorganisation projects successfully.

Jussi is an experienced attorney assisting clients on a full range of employment law matters and related dispute resolution. Jussi has particular experience in managing employment disputes, and representing clients in related legal proceedings, drawing on his experience within the Finnish court system.
