Hannes Snellman Advised Union Investment in the Conversion of an Office Building into a New Hotel

Hannes Snellman advised Union Investment, a German property asset and investment manager, in connection with the conversion of an historical office building into a new Ruby Hotels hotel in Helsinki, Finland.

The hotel will open in Kamppi, Helsinki, at Lapinlahdenkatu 3, in a historical building constructed in the 19th century, also known as the Proffa office property. The historical overall appearance of the hotel building is to be preserved. The new hotel will have a total of 84 rooms. The property also houses several other tenants, including a pub and a restaurant operating at street level.
