Hannes Snellman advised Fira Rakennus Oy on the negotiation of a construction contract for the first phase of Nebius’ Lappeenranta AI factory in Finland.

Upon full completion, the Lappeenranta AI factory is expected to have an overall capacity of approximately 310 MW, making it one of Europe’s largest dedicated AI factories.
