Counsel Projects and Construction

Samuli advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of complex construction and engineering projects. He also has an excellent working knowledge in the preparation and negotiation of operation and maintenance agreements and other project-related documentation, giving him a unique understanding of the full life cycle of a project. Samuli has extensive experience of development and other service agreements, commodity supply agreements, and equipment supply and financing arrangements.
