Hannes Snellman Counsel to QPR Software Plc

Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to QPR Software Plc in relation to its EUR 1.7 million directed share issue. The purpose of the share issue was to raise additional funding required to accelerate QPR Software’s growth through additional resources into the company’s sales and marketing operations and to strengthen the company’s financial position. QPR Software is a leading player in the Digital Twin of an Organization (DTO) use case and one of the most advanced process mining software companies in the world.
