Close-up of an open book with its pages curving upward, creating a wave-like shape. The image has a cool blue tint and a soft, gradient background.

Hannes Snellman advised on the structuring and execution of the generational transfer of ownership and block trade of a 12.18% stake in Sanoma Corporation, held by Robin Langenskiöld and Rafaela Seppälä. We also advised on forming the new ownership structure, as well as on related tax, capital markets, and contractual and corporate law aspects.

Our team was led by partners Stefan Stellato (Tax) and Tuire Kuronen (Corporate, M&A). The key members of the wider cross-disciplinary team comprised Klaus Ilmonen, Sonja Siggberg (Capital Markets), Markus Bremer (Financing), Ville-Pekka Jokela (Tax), Eerika Halme Lampio, Karoliina Lempiäinen, Samuel Åkerlund, and Liisa Lassila (Corporate, Capital Markets, M&A).
