Hannes Snellman Advised Prisma Properties in Its First Acquisition in Finland

Hannes Snellman advised Prisma Properties AB in the acquisition of a new retail property in Ylivieska, Finland. The property comprises approximately 11,000 square metres of leasable space with an annual rental value of approximately EUR 1.5 million. The acquisition is being made through a forward funding structure together with Finnish project developer WasaGroup, at an underlying project value of EUR 20.5 million.

Prisma Properties is a leading developer and owner of properties within the discount retail, grocery, and quick service restaurant sectors. Prisma Properties operates in the Nordics and has a property portfolio valued at more than seven billion SEK, which mainly consists of newly developed properties with long-term leases. This transaction is Prisma Properties’ first acquisition in Finland.
