Hannes Snellman is advising the Management of Evac in the Sale of Evac Group to Altor Equity Partners. Evac Group is a global leader in integrated water, waste and wastewater management solutions, as well as corrosion protection and marine growth prevention systems, for the marine, offshore and land-based construction industries. The transaction is expected to close within the first half of 2026.
