Hannes Snellman Advises Lifeline Ventures in ICEYE’s Financing Round at a EUR 2.4 Billion Valuation

Hannes Snellman is advising Lifeline Ventures in its participation in the Series E financing round of ICEYE at a EUR 2.4 billion valuation. The financing round is led by General Catalyst, with strong pan-European participation, including, in addition to Lifeline Ventures, A.P. Moller Holding from Denmark, Bpifrance from France, Vinci (BGK Group) and RiO Family Office from Poland, as well as Finnish investors Solidium, Ilmarinen, European Tech Collective, Keva, Finnish Industry Investment (Tesi), Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Peter Sarlin. ICEYE is the world leader in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite systems and funding will be used to accelerate ICEYE’s delivery of sovereign satellite systems and data intelligence services.
