Hannes Snellman advised DevCo Partners in EUR 521 million single-asset continuation fund transaction to support the next growth chapter of Vexve, a European leader in mission-critical valve solutions for energy infrastructure. The transaction provides DevCo with significant additional capital for the continued support of the long-term growth of Vexve within the accelerating energy transition space. The continuation fund attracted significant new international capital with Pantheon, a global private market specialist backed by European and North American institutional investors and family offices, acting as the lead investor. In addition, existing Vexve investors, including Finnish institutional investors and family offices, provided strong support for the transaction.
