Anni works as a legal assistant in our M&A Group, specifically in the Public M&A Team. She supports the team in client and administrative work.

Josefina advises clients on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, and restructuring and refinancing. Josefina has extensive experience in advising clients on energy and infrastructure related financing transactions, with a particular focus on renewable energy. She is also active in Hannes Snellman’s ESG Group.

Janica works as a communications and graphic design assistant in our Communications Team focusing on the firm’s visual and graphic elements.

Samuel advises clients on mergers and acquisitions and on a broad range of capital markets, corporate, commercial, and contract law matters. He has experience from various forms of corporate transactions, including public tender offers.

Annika advises domestic and international clients on various aspects of EU and Finnish competition law, including merger control procedures, compliance issues, investigations, and proceedings before the competition authorities and courts. She also provides advice in a range of regulatory issues, including foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and Foreign Subsidies Regulation (FSR).

Aleksiina advises domestic and international clients mainly on various commercial disputes and assists in advocating commercial cases before arbitral tribunals and state courts. She has gained experience from working with, for example, administrative litigations and arbitrations under the ICC and FAI rules.

Simon advises domestic and international clients in the field of intellectual property law, technology, data protection, and general commercial and contract law. He has also gained experience in whistleblowing matters, including policies and procedures.  

Simon is currently on a secondment.

Claes advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on public M&A and capital markets. He also provides advice on questions regarding corporate, governance, and securities markets matters.

Hannah works as a legal assistant in our Real Assets and Projects & Construction group. 

Hannah is currently on parental leave.
